Administration

The ministry of administration ensures good stewardship regarding the community’s personnel and resources.  Administrative structures and organisation of the finances enable the community to be effective in promoting the reign of God in the here and now.

Finance Committee oversees the financial situation of the parish and acts in an advisory capacity to the Pastoral Council.  It ensures that the parish budget is set and that the parish functions within its limits.

Thanksgiving Programme provides the opportunity for parishioners to make their financial contribution to the community by pledging what they choose to give.  This allows the parish to do forward planning.

Counters and Collectors process the weekly financial contributions.

Parish Secretaries provide the normal secretarial work of the parish.

Care of the Church and Environment is done by parish staff assisted by volunteers
